Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / ResponsibilitiesApplicant must have:
A minimum of 1 year upscale dining management and table service experienceA strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service detailsFull bar with hands on specialty cocktail preparationCA and Italian wine service knowledgeA history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industryA flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
RBS CertifcationServSafe Manager CertificationA positive leadership style.
