Responsible for expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients through effective lead generation, nurturing contacts, and utilizing various sales approaches.
Key Responibilites:
Lead Generation and Management:
Proactively generate new leads through Rubbl, market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Manage and nurture leads converting them into rental opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Use CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Equipment Rentals/Onboarding Equipment:
Focus on driving rental revenue and onboarding equipment.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to tap into new markets and customer segments.
Collaboration and Networking:
Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Network with industry professionals and participate in trade shows and conferences.
Customer Service and Support:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with rental coordination and service management team members to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the equipment inventory in the markets you serve, features, and benefits to effectively match client needs.
Feedback:
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
