Responsibilities:
---Managing and archive Policies and documents ---Follow-up on claims and open items.
---Solve technical issues on policies.
---Reading and interpreting vehicle and policy related information and types of coverage.
Prioritizing and escalating open claims and issues.
---Work directly with other managers and specialist to personalize customer service, achieve growth and improve systems.
---Establish sound relationships customers.
---May be required to travel to customer site, evaluate, report and implement corrective action on current install base.
---Support other departments if needed.
