1 Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Overview As a Rental Counter Sales Agent (RCSA), you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service; interacting with customers at the counter while assessing each customer's qualifications and offering optional services that will help make the customers rental experience the most enjoyable.
Our RCSA's provide customers with their cars and are vital in maintaining the entire operation! We expect professionalism from our Rental Counter Sales Agents as they will be representing the company more than any other position.
Duties and Responsibilities For the most efficient and profitable operation, we will be requiring our employees to consistently demonstrate the following tasks.
All RCSA's primary job includes assisting customers at your terminal by greeting, qualifying, renting a vehicle, offering coverage and additional services, and closing positively ensuring they leave the lot satisfied with our products and services.
Besides the Rental Agent procedure, you may be cross trained and may periodically be required to assist in other operational functions.

supporting the return operations, fleet checks, opening/closing procedures, etc.
) Your Lead Agent or Supervisor may ask you to complete certain tasks periodically that should be completed in a timely manner.
