Duties include providing support to our Managers, employees and customers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative and bookkeeping activities.
Responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, experience with accounting software (Peach Tree a plus) and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and Excel.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper that will eventually take on the role of Office Manager.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
