Events and Training Manage and coordinate all events for KW Peninsula Estates including, dates/times, locations, travel arrangements if needed, registrations, instructors, meals, etc.
Prepare or coordinate any needed materials, slides, music, printouts, refreshments, etc.
Work closely with the chairman of Career Development to identify what events and trainings to hold each month Drive attendance to events and training; including RED Day, Ignite, Food Drives, BOLD, Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Workshops, Networking events, and many other events and trainings throughout the year Prepare and share the monthly events calendar by the 25th of each month Guide agents to appropriate trainings and events by learning all courses available to every level agent Work with the Marketing Team to create visual assets for events to share via email, social media, team meetings, etc.
Create goals for attendance at weekly events and share with the team Implement systems to drive attendance; calls, texts, emails, social media, etc.
Organize instructors for needed training courses Create Eventbrite, Facebook or other social media event platforms for special events to help promote, advertise and drive attendance Create follow-up plans for attendees at events Find instructors for Ignite program on regular basis according to the schedule laid out by PCs Send thank you notes/cards/gifts to special instructors Share the value of events by creating videos or capturing photos to share with our agents and the community via email, social media, team meetings, etc.
Share upcoming events at team meeting and staff meetings Agent Intake / On-Boarding Lead the market centers' agent intake and exit process Create an on-boarding experience that will WOW newly added agents Manage and follow the on-boarding and off-boarding checklists making sure all tasks are complete Hold orientation and one-on-ones with newly added agents Keep the team informed on agents in and out by reporting gross and net agent numbers daily Work closely with PC Coaches to get all newly licensed agent enrolled in the program and connected Create check-in systems to keep agents engaged and in constant and consistent communication with the team Manage agent paperwork ensuring all documents are complete and up-to-date at all times Retention and Support (Concierge) Build strong relationships with the agents to best support and retain Stay engaged with agents on social media platforms Touch base with agents regularly through calls, in person one-on-one meetings, video conferencing, etc.
Cover the front desk duties when FD is out of office Complete monthly Care Calls to agents Understand the Keller Williams Tools and Resources; including Command, KWConnect, KWU, KW Marketing Bar, etc to be a resource for them and be able to guide them to the accurate department Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others Place of Performance As a leader of the market centers and business centers, physical presence in the office is important.
