Lead, train and supervise Suite Attendants and House persons to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards Inspecting vacant suites daily in assigned areas and spot check occupied suites as needed.
Ensure all required amenities are stocked daily in each guest suite according to standards.
Ensure the guest suite is clean according to standards and that required daily cleaning assignments have been completed, as specified.
Monitor housekeeping team members and their daily activities while in suites.
Assist housekeeping manager with office duties and back of house duties, as needed, including but not limited to:
lost and found, laundry, public area, shipping and daily offices procedures.
Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock suites and carts and designated inventories Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas In the event of the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable, the Supervisor would run the 8 am meeting and also monitor the housekeeping office.
Remain positive and helpful when supervising housekeeping team members, always being polite and gracious with requests and/or suggestions for improvement of cleanliness issues.
Follow and meet standards for suite quality and cleanliness within allotted times Assist with management of department workforce, including training, motivating employees Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests at all times.
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Any other task assigned by management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
