Lead Counsel, Product (Youth)

Meta is looking for a dynamic and passionate attorney who is enthusiastic about technology and its potential for positive impact in peoples' lives to join Meta's product counseling legal team.
You will be supporting the product teams that are working on some of our most significant cross-Meta services and technologies for our youth users.
You must have flexibility, the ability to collaborate effectively, and help drive decision making across multiple teams within the legal department, as well as across product, engineering, marketing, policy, communications, and other teams.

Lead Counsel, Product (Youth) ResponsibilitiesSupport our youth well-being product and engineering teams, delivering practical legal risk mitigation strategies in an important spaceProvide holistic legal advice across many subject areas including data protection/privacy, content regulation, competition, consumer protection, data security and other global legal frameworksCoordinate with policy, public affairs, product management, product marketing, privacy, and other cross-functional teams on external communications, policy development, product development, and product launchesLead consensus building and drive coordination with other members of the Legal teamMaintain subject matter expertise in youth laws and regulationsMinimum QualificationsJ.

years of experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm and/or in-houseExperience with one of the following or related legal areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
