Job Title
: Executive Administrative Assistant: We are looking for an experienced executive administrator for our entrepreneurial CEO.
You Will Be Reporting To:
CEO. You will have no other direct reports.
Business:
Leasing of commercial aircraft to foreign airlines in a team-oriented environment.
Location:
Burlingame, California.
Hours:
Mon-Thursday, full time from 7:30 to 5:00. Friday, 7:30 to 12:00. CEO travels internationally frequently so you must be Blackberry-focused in case problems occur that need to be addressed timely.
Job Requirements
:
3 to 5 years experience in a deadline-oriented, high level corporate executive environment as an administrative assistant
College graduate with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, calendaring, Mac competent, and handling travel, corporate correspondence, and personal errands
Well organized, level-headed, even-tempered, solution-oriented, attention to detail
Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well within a team
Foreign language skills, especially Spanish is helpful but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
