Healthcare-Call Center

One of the leading South bay hospital is looking for a PBX Call Center, flexible individual, adept in multi-tasking in a busy call center that averages 50,000 calls monthly.
This individual must possess excellent customer service skills and exemplary telephone etiquette.
Under general supervision operates PBX Operator's console including handling incoming, outgoing and intra-service calls.
Operates and processes requests for patient location, overhead paging, and pager activation.
Is also responsible for processing emergency calls per established Code/STAT protocols and monitoring various alarms.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
