Would you like to find, attract and hire the best talent in the Bay Area? We are looking for a hard-working recruiter to not only work on their own reqs but to find and develop new ways to source amazing talent in the Marketing, Product Management and Analytics space.
Develop relationships with our Bay Area management team, learn how to best partner with them in order to drive effective and high caliber recruitment efforts.
Become a thought partner with the recruiting team and Bay Area leadership. Have ideas on how to not only fill open roles, but develop a pipeline/network of passive candidates and know when to strike with an opportunistic hire.
Build and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates in the digital marketing, product and analytics field.
Screen qualified candidates and build a network of the top passive talent.
Facilitate interviews with hiring managers and team.
Conduct research on competitive companies and implement a sourcing strategy to capture talent.
Scour social networks and the local community for new networking and sourcing opportunities.
Constantly look for process improvements and ways to enhance candidate experience.
Bachelor degree required
Minimum 5+ years direct sourcing and recruiting experience required
Agency experience a plus
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedure within Recruiting field
Exceptional follow-up skills a must
Interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
Ability to interpret and apply required policies and procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
