Job Responsibilities:
Develop analytical frameworks and models to optimize company profit and product performance
Conduct market research/competitive analysis and provide deep strategic insights
Assist with ad-hoc analytics and reporting
Develop and standardize metrics and dashboards that would result in consistent measurements across sales and marketing
Communicate findings and recommendations for actionable changes
What you can learn:

Interact with some of the best online marketing professionals around, and learn the job functions and backgrounds of various colleagues and job roles

Very bright (3.5+ GPA required) undergrad student who will be between their Junior and Senior years or grad student between years 1 and 2 (GPA must be listed on your resume to be considered)
Currently enrolled currently enrolled in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Very proficient in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau, Python, R is a plus
Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to roll up sleeves and GET STUFF DONE!
Our Internship Program:
Training. Sure you'll learn a ton as you contribute to your team but you'll also go through specific training on: creating great resumes and LinkedIn profiles, getting interviews and nailing interviews, how to make a great presentation and more.
You're not alone. You'll be assigned a mentor outside of your department who will guide you and mentor you throughout the summer.
Learn from the best. Our Interns regularly meet as a group to hear from our top Executives.
Have fun. Interns regularly meet formally and informally outside the office. You'll be building relationships with some of the top students in the country.
End of summer presentation. At the end of the summer every Intern will make a PPT presentation to Executives that will include a summary of what you accomplished, what you learned and 2 things that will either make the company money or save the company money.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
